QuantideX^® qPCR BCR-ABL IS Kit

The QuantideX^® qPCR BCR-ABL IS Kit* is a quantitative real time PCR based assay with an intended use of monitoring the BCR-ABL fusion gene levels of patients with Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia (CML). The assay starts with RNA as input to first perform Reverse Transcription (RT) reaction to generate cDNA. The cDNA is then used as an input for the quantitative PCR (qPCR) step which is performed on a real time PCR instrument. All the reagents needed for RT and qPCR step are included in the product.
